Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has been awarded the top spot for the third year in a row as Vanity Fair’s number one Best Dressed. Her brother-in-law Prince Harry made an appearance on the list as well. Ho hum, Prince William always has next year. Let’s take a look at some of Middleton’s looks!
