WATCH: The Vinnie Jones Hands-On School of CPR

Vinnie Jones

There are two ways to teach people CPR. One is to wait until they are interested in learning, and then offer them the facts in a kindly, friendly and hopeful fashion.

The other is to scare the holy heck out of them, until you’re sure you’ve got their attention, and then hammer the point home in as brutal and unforgettable a manner as possible.

Enter Vinnie Jones, and this commercial for hands-only CPR.

And, oddly enough, I don’t think I’m ever going to forget how to do this.
