Next ‘AbFab’ Special To Air BAFTA Night, February 12
Last night, Absolutely Fabulous fans partied like it was 1992 with the U.S. premiere of the first brand-new 20th Anniversary special. But never fear: your Patsy and Edina withdrawal will be short-lived, as there’s more new AbFab to come.
BBC America has announced that the second AbFab special will air on the channel Sunday, February 12 in the prime slot after the BAFTA Film Awards. Britain’s answer to the Oscars will air at 8 pm ET, with the AbFab special following at 11 pm ET. Here’s the synopsis of the second special: “French film legend Jeanne Durand (Lindsay Duncan) wants to sing, so the ladies book the Royal Albert Hall, but discover Durand can’t sing. Eddy’s two clients (Emma Bunton and Lulu) deem her hopeless.”
Did you catch the first special? What did you think?
