Here it is! The first trailer for Peter Jackson’s sumptuous adaptation of JRR Tolkein’s The Hobbit, which, one year from now, we’ll have all seen in full. Set your calendars!

Two thoughts:

1: No wonder they were prepared to halt production while Martin Freeman went off to film the next three episodes of Sherlock. A more perfect Bilbo Baggins it’s impossible to imagine.

2: Sorry, I can’t remember the second thing, I’m still watching the trailer…
