WATCH: The
‘Doctor
Who Christmas
Special’
Trailer. HERE!
November 18th, 2011
So, TV viewers in the UK, watching the BBC’s Children In Need telethon will have just seen this, but we have the trailer for the Doctor Who Christmas Special, which should shed some light on why Matt Smith was running down that fiery corridor a couple of days ago.
We’ve got some info about the story too. It’s called The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe, and revolves around the Arwell family in World War II. They’re evacuated to a scary house in Dorset, where Madge Arwell (played by Outnumbered’s Claire Skinner), and her children Lily and Cyril meet an eccentric caretaker. He gives them a Christmas present, and, this being Doctor Who, it takes them to a magical realm.
Then a man shows up with this odd blue box and…well let’s not give the game away.
