Ministry of Laughs Caption Contest: We Have Our Second Winner!

To celebrate Ministry of Laughs, the new two-hour comedy block on BBC America every Saturday at 10pm/9c, we have this shiny caption contest. The winner gets a full season download from the BBC America iTunes store!
