Before BBC America’s new Ministry of Laughs comedy block launched last week, our man Tom Brook planted himself on the Tonys red carpet and got a few celebs buzzing about British humor. Check out what Whoopi Goldberg, Chris Rock, and British actor Brian Bedford — Tony nominee for playing a drag Lady Bracknell in the Broadway revival of The Importance of Being Earnest — had to say about comedy from the east side of the Atlantic.
