Helen Mirren on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'
Oh how lovely it is to see Dame Helen Mirren everywhere this week. Her latest film, Arthur, opens today, and the 65-year-old English actress will take to the Saturday Night Live stage for the very first time tomorrow (April 9).
On Thursday (April 7), decked in a sexy navy blue dress, Mirren stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to chat about her upcoming stint, which she likened the show to “the Olympics of acting.” The Oscar winner also talked a bit about Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s upcoming nuptials. “I think there’s a lot of good feelings about Kate because, you know, she’s a working class girl,” Mirren said.
No beer pong this time, but Mirren’s Arthur co-star, Jennifer Garner, schooled Fallon the night before. But she did poke some fun at leaving her famous hand and footprints on Hollywood Boulevard recently. All the flirty fun begins at 21:30 mark below:
