Daniel Radcliffe Tests His Comedy Skills on ‘Jimmy Fallon’

Daniel Radcliffe on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'

On Monday (April 25), Daniel Radcliffe paid a visit to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to chat some more about his latest acting venture, the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. The Harry Potter star also divulged a bit about life in New York City (his “exotic” English accent gets him “a long way” over here, haha) as well as escaping much of the royal wedding hoopla that’s been going on.

But one thing he couldn’t avoid was host Jimmy Fallon‘s inquiry about his supposed one-time stand-up comedy aspirations. While he only fessed up to telling “loads of horrendous jokes,” Radcliffe went on to say that doing actual stand-up comedy is something he’s “always been completely fearful of.” But after some brief nudging from Fallon, DanRad a.k.a. “the young Danny Radcliffe” teased the audience with a snappy Peter Kay joke.
