Report: Ricky Gervais’s David Brent To Appear on U.S. ‘Office’ Jan. 27
Ricky Gervais
Ricky Gervais‘s caustic Golden Globes hosting gig has kept him in the headlines this week. Now, after a full year of rumors, Vulture is reporting that Gervais will finally reprise his role from the original British Office on the U.S. version, bringing David Brent and Michael Scott (Steve Carell) face-to-face in the January 27 airing of the NBC sitcom. “It’s a little more than if you blink, you’ll miss it, but if you don’t set your TiVo right, you’ll miss it,” says Office EP Paul Lieberstein told Vulture. Exciting.
What would you like to see happen between David Brent and Michael Scott?
