Florence Welch Offers To Sing At William & Kate’s Wedding?!

Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine

We ran into Florence Welch, the Grammy-nominated singer behind Florence + the Machine, after her appearance last month on the Late Show with David Letterman. The lovely, soft-spoken songstress gave her sincere marriage wishes to her compatriots Prince William and Kate Middleton, and — breaking news — she noted that she is available to sing at weddings. Florence + the Machine, April 29, Westminster Abbey… can you imagine what a hot ticket that would be? Make it happen, Wills!

Watch the brief clip below – isn’t she quite adorable?

Here’s Florence performing her commanding “Drumming Song” live on the Letterman show. (It’s pretty clear why Florence was Anglophenia’s No. 1 British breakout act of 2010.)
