Simon Cowell Refutes ‘X Factor’ Fix
With fans still fuming over Cheryl Cole's decision to deny her vote in picking between Katie Waissel and Treyc Cohen during Sunday night's episode, Simon Cowell is finally speaking up about claims of the show being rigged.
The Daily Mail reports that the 51-year-old music mogul is livid with host Dermot O'Leary's recent tweets and insists that the show is not fixed. His biggest concern is the fans.
"He's not particularly happy with Dermot, but to be honest, he thinks the entire thing has been blown out of proportion," a source said. "He would never want to defraud X Factor fans."
But could a fifth judge be coming to the vastly popular TV competition? Rumors are swirling that another celebrity moderator might join Cowell, Cole, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh in the next episode. Hmmm, who could it be? According to The Sun, Sir Elton John, The Pussycat Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow have been mentioned as possible judges.
