New ‘Doctor Who’ Xmas Special Titled ‘A Christmas Carol’
The BBC has announced the title of the upcoming Doctor Who Christmas special. In deliciously Dickensian fashion, the one-off episode will be called “A Christmas Carol.” And above, you can see a newly released behind-the-scenes photo from the special featuring Matt Smith as the Doctor.
As previously announced, BAFTA-winning acting legend Sir Michael Gambon and Welsh opera star Katherine Jenkins will join Smith, Karen Gillan (Amy), and Arthur Darvill (Rory) in the special.
We’ll keep you posted as more tidbits emerge on the upcoming special.
By the way, Who fans won’t wanna miss Mr. Matt Smith when he joins Craig Ferguson on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson tomorrow night. (It’ll air 12:35 am on Wednesday morning for much of the country – check your local listings before you set those DVRs.)
