Listen To Duffy’s New Track, ‘Endlessly’
Duffy was crowned “the new Amy Winehouse” when she emerged on the scene back in 2008. Outside of the retro fashions, nothing could have been further from the truth. Duffy was an angelic Welsh lass who, unlike the tabloid-taunted Amy, made family-friendly “blue-eyed soul.” Duffy’s polished sound, produced by Suede guitarist Bernard Butler, really connected with British listeners, and she scored a massive No. 1 hit with her debut single, “Mercy.” Inthe U.S., her album Rockferry cracked the Billboard Top Five and won her a Grammy.
Now she’s back with her sophomore album Endlessly, which comes outDecember 7th in the U.S. The stripped-down acoustic title track has hit the Web, and you can listen below.
