Andrew Garfield is all over the silver screen these days, with roles in the mega box office hit The Social Network, and the psychological sci-fi drama, Never Let Me Go. Fans are also eagerly awaiting the next Spider-Man flick, which sees the British-American actor taking over the lead from Tobey Maguire.
It seems that the 27-year-old would consider going to seriously great lengths to play a part successfully. So far in fact, Garfield says he'd consider getting a sex change. W-w-w-hhaaaatt?
Hey, whatever floats your boat, dude.
And don't expect any competition to come between him and longtime pal, Twilight's Robert Pattinson. Their rise in fame on this side of the Atlantic is only expected to intensify as fans continue to go gaga for the pair's dashing good looks. Garfield, though, couldn't be less concerned.
"I don't see it that way. Rob's a friend of mine and I care about him a lot," he says. "We're very supportive of each other."
