What Not To Wear‘s Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine, who had fallen a bit on hard times in recent years, decided to try and re-launched their careers with a self-referential, Curb Your Enthusiasm-inspired web “mockumentary” titled Trinny and Susannah: What They Did Next. Well, their self-deprecation appears to have paid off, according to The Guardian. UK TV broadcaster Channel 4 will turn the 16-episode web series into a one-off special, and it will air later this month.

Viewers typically reward celebs who can poke fun at themselves. It doesn’t always work, of course. (How many bad series has Kirstie Alley done in the past few years?) But here’s to Trinny and Susannah for not quietly riding off into the sunset – and for staying loyal to each other.
