UK broadcaster ITV really, really wants Simon Cowell to stay on Britain's Got Talent and X Factor, offering him a $31 million (£20 million) deal, according to The Sun. Cowell has previously inferred that he could leave the UK entirely once the U.S. X Factor begins next year.
