Law and Order UK’ To Air on BBC AMERICA

BBC AMERICA’s press team just announced that Law & Order UK will air on the channel, premiering Sunday, October 3 at 10:30 pm ET with following episodes airing on Fridays at 9 pm ET. The uniquely British take on Dick Wolf‘s procedural franchise has an insane all-star cast – there’s Battlestar Galactica‘s Jamie Bamber, Doctor Who‘s Freema Agyeman, Sea of Souls star Bill Paterson, Tony nominee Harriet Walter, The State Within‘s Ben Daniels, and Bradley Walsh, best known as Danny Baldwin on the UK soap, Coronation Street.

I know what you’re all wondering: what’s the show’s theme tune like? Surprisingly, they didn’t keep the iconic oboe version of the U.S. original:

Will you be watching Law & Order UK? What do you think of the new theme tune?
