On Sale Now: Eric Idle’s Not The Messiah (He’s A Very Naughty Boy)
Attention fans of Monty Python: legendary troupe member Eric Idle has created a show based on the 1979 film Monty Python’s Life of Brian. It’s titled Not The Messiah (He’s A Very Naughty Boy), and it’s out on Blu-ray™, DVD, and digital download today.
Not The Messiah is billed as a “one-night only live oratorio” featuring music by composer John Du Prez. (Du Prez previously collaborated with Idle on the score for Monty Python’s Spamalot.) The show also features a rare reunion of Python members Idle, Michael Palin, Terry Jones, and Terry Gilliam.
