Princess Diana Wanted a Piece of Simon’s Le Bon Bon, Says Duran Duran Singer

Duran Duran frontman Simon Le Bon says a hungry-like-the-wolf Princess Diana once whistled at his pert, toned bum at the gym. From The Times:

“She and I used to go to the same fitness club – Chelsea Harbour in London.

“One day I was on the running machine. I jumped off because one of my shoelaces had come undone, and she wolf-whistled at me across the room, and yelled, like a brickie, ‘Nice legs! I’d recognize that bum anywhere!’

“I was quite taken aback, actually, and quietly got back on the machine with a red face.”

What a respectful story to tell just days ahead of the Diana memorial concert. I’m sure the Princes are simply brimming with pride at that one.
