Having been the editor of Vogue magazine for a hot minute, Bubble is always dressed in the most ludicrous ensembles (she traveled to Paris in a Napoleon outfit). She doesn’t always comprehend some of life’s most basic concepts, yet she’s fluent in French. And she’s convinced that Martians will soon be coming to whisk her away in their spaceship!
