Seventy-eight-year-old Reginald is dangerously ill. He woke up with severe stomach pain, and the ER team has concluded that his condition is life-threatening. But can they save him?

Reginald, a retired dock worker who is now his wife’s caretaker, suffers from diabetes and without immediate surgery won’t survive. Meanwhile, other patients include Richard, who has twisted his knee moonwalking in a club, and a young bicyclist who fell off his bike and became unconscious.
